Today, Vend Marketplaces ASA ("Vend") released its Q1 2026 results. Executing on our priorities – with strong profitability growth

Vend launches a new business unit to accelerate the development of AI-native marketplace experiences. This initiative supports its strategy to strengthen user journeys and unlock new sources of growth. The independent unit will work across Vend’s platforms, including FINN and Blocket. “AI is changing how users discover and transact, and this initiative allows us to explore and innovate at the frontier of the industry,” said Christian Printzell Halvorsen, CEO of Vend.

In accordance with the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act, an overview of nominee-registered shares is made available to the public, free of charge, ahead of the Annual General Meeting.

Personalisation is about building flexible, scalable systems that enable experimentation and inclusivity.

The future of AI won’t be defined by speed alone, but by who shapes it, how intentionally we build it, and the real-world impact it creates.

This year’s Sustainable Brand Index ranks Vend’s marketplaces, FINN in Norway and Tori in Finland, as the most sustainable brands in the e-commerce category in their respective markets.

Complex challenges rarely look complex at first glance. What appears to be a pricing adjustment can, in reality, be a transformation of how value is created across markets. As Senior Business Initiatives Manager at Vend, Marianne Lindsten thrives where structure meets uncertainty. From leading cross-Nordic transformations to aligning teams across commercial, technical, and regulatory landscapes, her work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking, and human collaboration. In our Women Who Build What’s Next series, Marianne shares what it really takes to tackle complexity — and why sustainable growth begins with clarity, courage, and a relentless focus on customer value.

Careers in tech don’t always begin with a plan. Sometimes they begin with curiosity, closed doors, and the courage to take a different path. As Chief Product Officer at Vend, Francesca Cortesi’s journey has been anything but linear. From fashion in Milan to helping scale some of Europe’s fastest-growing technology companies. Her story is one of bold pivots, continuous learning, and trusting the pattern that every setback can lead to something greater. This International Women’s Day, we begin our Women Who Build What’s Next series with a pathbreaker who proves that the future isn’t built by following a straight line; it’s built by daring to create your own.
